  • Is ChezTonTon an allergy-free kitchen ?
    The baked goods by ChezTonTon are made by hand using shared equipment, which process dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.
  • How do I get my order?
    We bake all of our products weekly to ensure quality and freshness. Limited quantities are available on a first come first serve basis for fulfillment every Friday. If a product you want is sold out, orders will be available the following week.
  • How do I pay for my ChezTonTon products?
    We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay
  • How do I store my ChezTonTon products?
    Store in a cool, dry place. Please enjoy within a week of receipt. You can extend the life of your ChezTonTon products in a sealed container in your freezer.
  • Ordering and Pick-up
    ChezTonTon is a small artisanal bakery with limited quantities available. ​ There are three ways to get your goodies : ​ -Pick-up from on Fridays from 10am to 12pm in Harlem, free of charge. -Local deliveries with Roadie on Fridays starting at 10am for $12. -Shipping on Fridays to New York State for $12.50 (national deliveries coming soon, stay tuned!). ​ Please email any special requests you might have at tonton@cheztonton.com ​
