  • Is ChezTonTon an allergy-free kitchen ?
    The baked goods by ChezTonTon are made by hand using shared equipment, which process dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.
  • How do I get my order?
    We bake all of our products weekly to ensure quality and freshness. PLEASE note any orders placed AFTER 8pm on Sunday will be baked for Wednesday's local delivery, shipping or pick-up of the NEXT week. Limited quantities are available on a first come first serve basis for fulfillment every Wednesday. If a product you want is sold out, orders will be available the following week.
  • How do I pay for my ChezTonTon products?
    We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay
  • How do I store my ChezTonTon products?
    Store in a cool, dry place. Please enjoy within a week of receipt. You can extend the life of your ChezTonTon products in a sealed container in your freezer.
  • Ordering and Pick-up
    ChezTonTon is a small artisanal bakery with limited quantities available. ​ There are three ways to get your goodies : ​ -Pick-up on Wednesday from 12pm to 2pm in Long Island City, free of charge (address shared upon order). -Local deliveries with Roadie on Wednesday starting at 10am for $12. -Shipping on Wednesday. PLEASE note any orders placed AFTER 8pm on Sunday will be baked for Wednesday's local delivery or shipping of the NEXT week. ​ Please email any special requests you might have at tonton@cheztonton.com ​
