Made in New York

Bonjour! Je m'appelle Alexis, and I have a passion for baking. Originally from Brittany, France, I moved to the bustling city of New York 20 years ago to pursue my dreams. With a background in fashion as a shoe designer for over 25 years, I have always had an eye for detail and a taste for creativity.

After spending some time perfecting my recipes and techniques, I am proud to introduce ChezTonTon, “at uncle’s” in English, my line of baked goods that are a delicious nostalgic blend of French traditions from Brittany and American flavors.

Each bite of ChezTonTon treats is like a warm hug, evoking sentimental and sweet memories. It is like “biting into a hug”.

I believe that the key to exceptional baked goods lies in using the finest ingredients. That's why I use only highest of quality and carefully hand-bake each product with love and care. My commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail ensures that every ChezTonTon bite is a little piece of joy.

Join me on this sweet journey as we embark on a culinary adventure that combines my heritage from Brittany with my love for American flavors.

Stay tuned for more flavors and more products to come! ChezTonTon is a celebration of taste and culture.

Merci beaucoup for visiting and supporting my business, I can’t wait to share more delicious products with you!

Bon Appétit! XAlexis

Word of Mouth

"I’ve tasted a lot of sweets and I’m not easily impressed, but I’ll never forget my first bite of a TonTon.  I unconsciously closed my eyes as the flavor took over my body.  Since then I’ve watched others - it happens to everyone because they are THAT good!"

"Love at first bite!  A sophisticated combination of buttery shortbread crust, silky smooth salted caramel, creamy pecan praline spread and crunchy candied pecans.  Comfort food made chic by French designer Alexis who magically captures the coastal flavors and sweet memories of his childhood in Brittany."
